PIN Code
If your e-mail address or mobile phone number has been added to your patron information you can ask for a new pin code by sending this form. We will then send the new code via e-mail or SMS. When you have received the message sign in to the online library here and change the pin code to something else (this for safety reasons).
When the library is closed we cannot send new pin codes. If your e-mail address nor phone number is stored in our library system or they are not at your use anymore, or some other matter prevents you from using this service, come visit your nearest Ratamo library. You can also ask via telephone or e-mail to renew your loans, make a reservation for you etc.
